Medical Insurance
- Full insurance coverage including COVID. This meets the criteria of the entry requirements to Israel
- Once you register, you will receive a link to the brief online insurance form (takes 1 minute to fill in)
- An insurance certificate will be emailed to you within 1-2 days of completion of online form. If you have a need for tighter timeframe, please note in “notes” when registering for services

24/7 Medical Hotline
- Access to the EMA Care 24/7 English-language Medical Hotline
• A medical professional will assess clients & provide medical direction, referrals, instruction 24/7
• If client is in the ER (for a bona fide emergency) the Hotline medical professional will assist via telephone to help with communication remotely
COVID-19 Recovery Letter
- Client will be asked to send their passport (Israeli citizens must send their Israeli passport or Teudat Zehut) and their positive COVID-19 results (if an Antigen test was done as well as a PCR test, then send both results)
- Client will need a negative result from a home Antigen test on day 4 and day 5
- A medical professional will call on the 5th day from the first positive COVID-19 result to assess the client’s condition
- When the client is deemed recovered a Recovery letter will be emailed to the client
- The recovered individual’s quarantine is over at the end of the 5th day if deemed fully recovered
- The fee for this service is 200 NIS + VAT, paid in dollars
Assistance with Entry Forms and Filing of Documents
- Our administrative staff will assist with entry form requirements and filing of documents with the Ministry of Health
Assistance with Israeli COVID Vaccine Certificate for those vaccinated in Israel
- Our administrative staff will assist client in obtaining a COVID Vaccine Certificate from the Ministry of Health
- We will file associated documentation and communicate with the Ministry of Health
- There is no guarantee as the issuance of the certificate is dependent on the MOH
PCR Testing
- PCR (COVID) testing is required before departure from Israel (within 72 hours) for travelers without a Green Pass
- This simple test takes 1-2 minutes to collect (nose/throat swab) and will be done in the privacy of your home/hotel/workplace
- Results are guaranteed within 24 hours, although the average results are available within 12 hours
- Once you register, you will be sent a link for an electronic form to provide details required for the test, including your time preferences
- While we cannot guarantee time preferences, we are usually able to accommodate your schedule
